    Join us for a special outdoor yoga class with Krystal Rose as we celebrate the fall equinox!

    Bring your yoga mat, another mat or sheet/blanket to place underneath and a bottle of water. 

    The Winnapaug Farm Preserve is at 117 Shore Road Westerly, RI off of Winnapaug Road. From Winnapaug Road take a left onto Shore Road and go to the second red gate, approximately 1/8 a mile down on the right hand side where you will park and walk 20 steps to where you will practice.

    Join us for a 1.5 hour Sound Reiki Experience. 

    The soundscape led by Lisa Kodzis will help reset the nervous system and includes crystal singing bowls, gong, chimes and reiki.

    Group healing and 1-1 reiki energy will be delivered by Jen Tullo of Zen with Jen. 

    This is for you if…

    Join special guest Lisa Kodzis for a two hour dharma yoga workshop for curious students who want to explore a deeper layer of their practice. This is a space to shift, reset, and transform through breath, lead movement, physical exploration, and intentional rest. 

    Begin by arriving in the body through breath and grounding, then move into a rhythm of flow and exploration where the practice opens into optional advanced variations. 

    We close by gradually slowing everything down allowing space for a release stillness and integration so you land feeling clear, grounded, and complete.

  • Foundations in Flow: Yoga Workshop for Beginners

    Join us Sunday, November 1st for Foundations in Flow: A Yoga Workshop for Beginners.

    Led by Sara Kimball this 2 hour workshop will outline the basic principles of a standard vinyasa flow class.  Breaking down the poses with a focus on alignment and modifications so you can feel comfortable and safe going into a studio class.  This workshop is also recommended for those who have been practicing but desire a deeper dive into form and postures. 

    We hope you can join us for this always popular workshop! 

    Sara Kimball is a 500 hour instructor and the founder of the Intentional Embodiment Yoga School through which she runs workshops and events.  Sara instructs classes, teaches clients and groups privately and also runs yoga teacher trainings.
