FOUNDATIONS IN FLOW

This two hour workshop will outline the basic principles of a standard vinyasa flow class. Breaking down the poses with a focus on alignment and modifications so you can feel comfortable and safe going into a studio class.
This workshop is also recommended for those who have been practicing but desire a deeper dive into form and postures. -

FOAM ROLLING

Amanda ChadwickGet ready to roll in this workshop led by Amanda Chadwick!
Amanda will review Foam Rolling or Self Myofascial Release (SMR) - a technique applying sustained pressure to specific locations within the body, releasing tension in restricted areas of connective tissue.
SMR allows tight areas to smooth out and return back to their original position, resulting in ease of movement, better performance, flexibility and recovery.In this workshop Amanda will address the most over utilized muscle groups within the body, utilizing self myofascial release to reduce pain and tension while encouraging our bodies innate ability to heal and restore mobility.
Foam rollers are available to borrow, or you can bring your own.
