Krystal RoseA Journey Through Slow Vinyasa, Yin, and Yoga Nidra
Join Krystal Rose Sunday, April 27th from 6:00-8:00 PM for two-hour workshop focused on opening the hips and heart. This slow vinyasa flow—suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners—will gently build warmth and mobility in the body.
The practice will transition into longer-held yin poses, allowing for deeper stretching, tension release, and a shift toward a more meditative state of mind.
The workshop will conclude with yoga nidra, a guided savasana inspired by springtime and the natural reawakening of the world after winterPlease reserve in advance as space is limited.
