Join us for our 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training!

This training is for people who want to become yoga teachers but ALSO for those who want to learn more and deepen their practice!

WHAT YOU’LL LEARN…

Functional Anatomy of yoga poses:

Proper alignment, why it matters, injury prevention and management, variations in the body and adaptation in the practice

How to Teach Yoga:

Sequencing, Connecting with others using your voice, body and energy 

Pranayama & Meditation:

Explore breathing techniques and meditation practices to energize, balance or relax

Business of Yoga:

How to teach yoga professionally

Yoga Psychology and Philosophy

Study key texts like the Yoga Sutras to understand the spiritual and ethical foundation of yoga

Practical Teaching Experience

From teaching in small groups, to learning intelligent sequencing and how to connect with students, to the Business of Yoga, you’ll be prepared to teach professionally.

Personal Growth

Embark on a journey of self-discovery, become more intimate with how your body moves, and see how the lessons of yoga translate into real, off-the-mat living.

MEET SARA

Sara Kimball is a E-RYT 500 with over 10 years of teaching experience. She completed her most advanced training with Jason Crandell in San Francisco in 2018. Sara has been a Yoga Teacher at BarreCoast for over 7 years. She has been leading Yoga Teacher Trainings with her own Yoga Alliance Approved School, Intentional Embodiment Yoga, since 2019.
