OUR POLICY

STUDIO AND BOUTIQUE POLICIES

REGISTRATION

Registration in advance for all classes is strongly encouraged. It helps to secure your spot in class and helps streamline the check in process at the front desk. During certain times of the year classes get very busy - summer months and holidays in particular.

You can register for classes via the barrecoast app on IOS or directly through your browser. If you arrive at the studio and are not registered, staff will assist you in doing so.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours prior to the class start time in order to return the class to your account with no penalty.

Late cancellations with less than 12 hours notice will incur a $20 fee for classes that are full. If you have a class pack or drop in your class will be credited to your account to be used at a future date.


NO SHOW POLICY

If you do not show up to the class and don’t cancel, you will be considered a late cancel and will incur a $20 cancellation fee for classes that are full. If you have a drop in or class pack your class will be returned to your account to be used at a future date.


LATE ENTRY

For the safety of you and others in the room, we ask that you be on your mat, or at the barre, at the time class starts. If you are new please arrive early to meet your instructor before the start of class. For late afternoon weekend yoga classes doors to the the studio entrance will be locked at the start of class time.

EQUIPMENT AND ACCESSORIES

We recommend you bring your own yoga mat and boxing gloves, however rentals are available.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, TRANSFERS

We do not offer refunds or extensions on any class packages, workshops, memberships, or subscriptions.

All class packages, memberships, and workshops are non-transferable and must be used by the original purchasing client.

Class packages are for individual use and cannot be shared.

MEMBERSHIPS

Month to month auto renewal contracts are billed on a monthly recurring basis.

To cancel your membership, you must email your studio at least 1 business day before renewal. Memberships begin and renew on date of purchase.

If you were injured or experienced illness during your membership, email a doctors note to info@barrecoast.com and we will extend for the make up days.

PRIVATE SESSIONS

BarreCoast offers private training and classes for barre, boxing, yoga, sweat and also personal training.

Private sessions must be paid for at the time of booking. Rescheduling and cancelations may be made up to 24 hours in advance for studio credit.

Cancelations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit payment.


DISCOUNTS

We offer teacher, hospital, student and military drop in discounted classes. To redeem, contact your studio with your ID and our staff will issue the discount for you directly.

NO CELL PHONES, PLEASE

No electronics are allowed in the studio rooms. If you have a smart watch, make sure it is in theater mode to not disturb fellow clients.

LOST AND FOUND

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items in the studio. Please email your studio directly for any items left behind. Lost and found is emptied monthly.

BOUTIQUE RETURN POLICY

We will accept boutique items for full refund that are in new condition with tags attached and receipt within two weeks of purchase.

Please see staff at the front desk for assistance on all retail returns and exchanges.

Retail sale items are final sales.
