Get the expertise of our instructors and energy of group fitness at your convenience with our digital workouts. Join us from your home or travels with live-stream and on demand classes spanning barre, yoga, sweat and lift.

Month to month unlimited studio and yearly members receive access to virtual automatically.

Not a member? No problem. Just purchase a virtual package or drop in class through your browser* and then stream from your desktop or any of your mac devices.

Note: Virtual classes, although capable of being delivered through the barrecoast app on your ipad or iphone, must be purchased through a browser first. Once purchased log-in and stream away!

Currently there is not an app for droid devices, however you can save the schedule or replay link to your homescreen for easy access on a computer, tablet or phone!

  • We can’t wait to see you online! Virtual classes and memberships and any in studio package that includes the virtual access must be purchased through a browser. (versus within the barrecoast app). Once you have your class(s) and or package you can then stream your class from any iOS device or desktop. You can view options here.

  • Yes! You can access through a broswer on any device. An easy way to do it from a handheld device is to save the schedule or replay link as a favorite on the home screen of your droid for easy access. Union hopes to have a droid compatible app soon!

  • Our live stream and on demand classes include barre, yoga, and sweat (cardio and strength).

  • Yes! All of our classes and teachers offer modifications and all levels are welcome. You can filter classes by length, class type and teacher to find the perfect match for you. The best part with our digital library is you can repeat classes, or pause when you need to rest.

  • Although we use a variety of props in class, most can be done with minimal to no equipment, which is particularly convenient when you are traveling.

    The props we do use for barre are hand weights, gliding discs, mini loop resistance bands, pilates ring, disc pillow, long resistance bands and ankle weights. For yoga we recommend a yoga mat, blocks and a strap. For sweat classes hand weights in a variety of sizes.
