The TRX Suspension Trainer is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user's body weight to complete hundreds of exercises.

Join barrecoast for our two TRX class offerings in our Westerly, Rhode Island studio. We offer a 30-minute high-energy TRX class and a 60-minute circuit TRX class. You will find TRX is the perfect complement to barre and yoga classes.
