Flight School inversion Workshop
Looking for a way to lift up and shift your world right side up? This is the place to be. The inverted postures of yoga are some of the most beneficial yet intimidating of the asanas. You will be introduced to and practice postures such as headstand, forearm stand, handstand, and more. You will be guided through alignment, technique, proper modifications, and feel how to develop the power in your core strength.
Learn to use the wall, or a buddy, as a way to continue practicing inversions beyond this class. Let go of the fear, we are here to support. No inversion experience is necessary. This is where you come to learn.
Workshop will include 90 minute Nahi power flow to practice what you've learned! All are welcome!
Healing Breath Workshop
Come take the journey of breath to your soul.
Learn to use your breath for emotional release, mental clarity, and physical freedom. In this workshop you will be guided by through a healing practice guided by Sid McNairy. This practice will deepen your meditation experience as you clear the subtle body energy and open up your chakras to connect to your highest source. Through this process you will find freedom and connection.

No matter who you are there is an athlete within. Join Sid as he leads you to discovering ways to elevate your performance level.
You will tap into the “Mind Field Meditation” process and move deeper into an understanding of how your body operates to elevate your peak performance level.

Mind field meditation helps athletes to understand how to create the mindset for excellence in competition both persona, on the field or in the gym. All sport are 80% mental and 20% physical. learn how to use mindfulness to enhance your performance.

Sid McNairy is a former collegiate football coach of 12 years as a Division I college football coach, yoga instructor to various NFL athletes and collegiate varsity teams as well as the State Championship Basketball team Poly Technical High School.
All levels, all athletes wether competitive, recreational or fitness focused.
