Interested to see what a great workout boxing can be? In this two hour workshop you will learn the basics of boxing - both footwork and punching - focusing on alignment and form.

About Zack

Zack began his martial arts journey at the age of 3. Since then he's trained in different styles of martial arts such as Tang Soo Do, Western Boxing, Sanda (Chinese Kickboxing), Wushu, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu and more. Additionally, he also trained in gymnastics as a child and studied dance for several years before competing in styles such as hip hop, break dancing and ballet. What supports Zack as being a life long dedicated martial artist and dancer, is his extensive knowledge of the human body. Zack completed a two year course at Branford hall as a personal trainer and is a 200hr yoga teacher from the Kripalu school of Yoga and Ayurveda. He has competed in Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu and Tang Soo Do, fought in China and trained with Shaolin monks at Shaolin Temple.
