Our boxing studio, boxcoast™, in Westerly, Rhode Island, offers boxing-based group fitness classes for all fitness and skill levels. Our boxing classes are open to all and are a great option for both men and women, young and old.

BoxCoast™ offers 50-minute circuit-style boxing class. The class is split into two: boxing and HIIT (high-intensity interval training). During our boxcoast™ class, you will experience the thrill of punching the water bag, mastering various boxing techniques and sweating through a fast- paced mixed cardio class. Our trained instructors will make sure you attack the class with proper breathing technique and body alignment.

Not only does boxing provide a great workout, it also helps improve focus, reflexes, self- defense skills and self-confidence. You will leave class feeling empowered, strong and confident.
