Barre is a full body workout that focuses on small, isolated, highly repetitive micro movements that are designed to target and work each muscle group to fatigue, making it the most effective workout at reshaping the muscles of the body. Following an interval training format with intermittent stretching to lengthen the muscles, you will be pleased with the resulting long, defined and toned muscles.
BarreCoast offers 50-minute and hour-long barre classes in our Westerly, Rhode Island studio. Our barre classes are designed for all levels, ages and genders. Although the exercises are naturally challenging, variations can be incorporated to keep classes manageable if you have an injury or are just starting your barre journey.
